McInnes Cooper congratulates Graphite Innovation Technologies on their successful pitch at the Global Marine Technology Entrepreneurship Competition in Halifax on October 24, 2017.

The competition, hosted by Shandong University, China and Qingdao City, China, serves as a pathway for entrepreneurs and teams to get access to Chinese capital and markets.  The Halifax competition was one of ten held across the world, where regional companies pitched to the judges for entry into the market based on their value and contribution in Marine Science and Technology.

Graphite Innovation Technologies (GIT) is a leading Canadian materials engineering firm focused on delivering disruptive uses for graphene technologies. GIT works in partnership with its customers using its proprietary “bottom up” process for the production of high specification graphene. They provide dispersion and product integration expertise, to deliver solutions for a wide range of applications.

GIT will travel to China for the final competition in Qingdao on November 6, 2017.  McInnes Cooper wishes them great success in China.
