As originally announced in April, future Associate Peter L’Esperance received the William Tetley Award by the Canadian Maritime Law Association (CMLA) for his work, Regulating GHG Emissions from International Shipping. He will be presented with the award officially at a dinner for the Eastern Admiralty Lawyers Association (EALA) in September.
The award, named after Professor William Tetley, is awarded to Canadian authors of high quality articles, papers, publications or other written materials of a maritime nature. The paper is reviewed by a panel from the Canadian Maritime Law Panel.
Congratulations Peter on this noteworthy achievement.
