McInnes Cooper is proud to announce that Halifax Clerk and future Associate Peter L’Esperance has been awarded the William Tetley Literary Award by the Canadian Maritime Law Association. Peter is being honoured for his work “Regulating GHG Emissions from International Shipping” and will be officially recognized during the annual meeting in Toronto in June.
The award which is named after Professor William Tetley and is awarded to Canadian authors of high quality articles, papers, publications or other written materials of a maritime nature. The paper is reviewed by a panel from the Canadian Maritime Law Panel.
