Halifax labour partner Brad Proctor was featured in a recent article in the Chronicle Herald regarding the legalization of recreational marijuana in the workforce.
Brad recently hosted a webinar at our Halifax office on preparing for the workplace impact of marijuana legalization and has also published a legal update to the same effect outlining a 5 step plan for employers to prepare for the legalization.
