Partner Julie Robinson called to New York Bar

McInnes Cooper is delighted to congratulate newly appointed Partner Julie Robinson on being called to the New York State Bar.

Julie intends to leverage her U.S. legal expertise to provide value and insight to McInnes Cooper clients with transactions crossing the border, particularly for private placements and venture capital financings by Canadian companies with U.S. investors.
