Successfully acted as lead counsel for joint project owners in an offshore oil royalty with a prominent three-member panel arbitration under the NL Royalty Regulations and Petroleum and Natural Gas Act. The case proceeded as an ad-hoc arbitration with issues involving royalty eligibility of expenditures under different development projects.
