Tiffany is a bilingual Associate in McInnes Coopers’ Fredericton office with a practice focused on corporate, business and real estate law. Drawing on her extensive experience as in-house counsel for prominent businesses in Montreal, she provides her clients with practical and business-minded advice.

Tiffany advises businesses of all sizes and sectors on their commercial activities and real estate needs. She represents owners, developers, investors, landlords and tenants in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and financing of property in New Brunswick and Quebec. She also acts for clients in private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Tiffany’s practice also includes assisting physicians to build their business relationships and help their practices grow. She advises physician clients on their relationships with hospitals and clinics, joint ventures, commercial contracts as well as determining the ideal corporate structure for their needs.

When she’s not working, Tiffany enjoys reading, strength training and attempting to meditate.
