Teddy practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate. In growing his practice, Teddy’s clients have come to rely on him for his attention to detail and his ability to identify their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
He advises clients – including lenders, investors and developers – during commercial real estate transactions involving commercial and multi-unit residential developments, and frequently supports senior advisors with the acquisition, sale, financing and planning of such developments. Teddy is also a trusted advisor for land developers with respect to subdivision and land use planning. Through this experience, he has gained considerable knowledge of the Land Registration Act and Registry Act. His experience also extends to the areas of residential real estate transactions and commercial leases for various businesses. Putting experience with the Residential Tenancies Act into practice, he represents clients as both landlord and tenant.
Teddy is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. Outside of the office, Teddy enjoys playing baseball, hockey and golf.
