Sean has a developing legal practice focused on commercial and residential real estate, financial services and corporate law. Sean represents clients in matters involving financings, mergers and acquisitions, startups, reorganizations and residential and commercial real estate development. Sean has appeared before the Prince Edward Island Supreme Court, Provincial Court and the Employment Standards Board (PEI). Sean has also delivered multiple presentations for members of the Start Up Zone and the PEI Connectors on topics relating to employment issues, commercial real estate transactions, estate planning and shareholder agreements.
With a background in economics, Sean brings a practical, business-oriented approach to his practice. He openly communicates with clients, focusing on providing solutions that offer the most value.
Sean is a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association. In his community, Sean is also an Officer and Member of the Board of Directors for Queens County Residential Services Inc., as well as a volunteer with the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce. Sean also regularly devotes his time to local charitable, pro bono and other efforts as an active participant in McInnes Cooper’s Collective Social Responsibility Program.
Sean obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick where he was a student athlete on the UNB baseball team.
