About Gregory

Greg is a Partner in our St. John’s office with a corporate and commercial law practice. He represents a number of national lending institutions in their financing of commercial projects. Greg acts for private and public enterprises on commercial real estate acquisitions and developments. He is also involved in a number of major Atlantic Canadian energy projects.

Greg is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. He is a presenter at the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador Bar Admission Course, and has various writings with the Canadian Bar Association (NL) Newsletter. Greg was selected as one of the Lexpert Rising Stars for Lawyers under 40 for 2012 and is also ranked in the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory. Most recently, Greg was named in Best Lawyers Canada 2014 for his practice in Energy law and he has been named Best Lawyers® 2022 Energy Law “Lawyer of the Year”. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers® 2023 for Mergers and Acquisitions Law. He previously served as a member of McInnes Cooper’s Board of Directors.
