About Anne

Anne is a lawyer in our Moncton office, with a practice focused in the areas of labour and employment law and insurance defence. She provides advice and service that is tailored to respond specifically to her clients’ needs, in furtherance of their overall business objectives. Anne proactively addresses and resolves issues with a pragmatic and efficient approach.

In her labour and employment practice, Anne advises on a wide range of issues including employment standards, human rights, privacy, workers compensation, wrongful dismissal, mergers and acquisitions, workplace investigations, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and employment policies.

Anne’s background combines strong analytical and technical skills with broad experience. In addition to practicing law, she has also owned a business and held an in-house counsel role at a BC company. She understands the practical realities of running a business and managing a workforce. Having lived and worked on three different continents, Anne is well-versed in situations involving a diversity of perspectives.

As a co-founder and president of the Canadian Association for Progress in Justice, Anne aims to achieve positive outcomes across a variety of areas of law through the not-for-profit organization’s Supreme Court of Canada advocacy.

Anne graduated at the top of her law class and has appeared in front of a variety of tribunals and at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
