P3 Project: New Brunswick Department of Transportation (NBDOT), Route 1 Gateway (2010 – 2012)

As lead counsel for the New Brunswick Highway Corporation, we led the Route 1 Gateway Project, a $1.1 billion P3, throughout the entire procurement process, including the request for qualifications, request for proposals and evaluation of proposals, the design, build, finance, operations, maintenance and all other project agreements.
