About Zina
Zina assists with various aspects of general corporate matters, including incorporations and amalgamations in Nova Scotia, and extra provincial registrations. She also prepares and updates information on annual resolutions/minutes; completes amendments, including changes to corporate names, directors, and registered offices and agents; and prepares final reports.
Zina graduated from law school in Romania in 2005 and has worked in the legal industry ever since.
