About Zina
Zina’s work is focused on tax restructuring, general corporate transactions and reorganizations with a focus in the formation (incorporation/amalgamation) of Nova Scotia companies. She is experienced with the import of companies to Nova Scotia, as well as the export of companies from Nova Scotia to other Canadian jurisdictions. Zina also assists with coordination of extra provincial registrations and minute book reviews and rectification.
Zina graduated from law school in Romania in 2005 and has worked in the legal industry ever since.
