About Tyler

Tyler’s practice focuses on corporate law and litigation. Having completed his articles with McInnes Cooper, Tyler has gained experience in a range of practice areas, including corporate transactions and corporate governance matters. He has completed due diligence work, drafted agreements and prepared ancillary documents for corporate transactions. He has also assisted with corporate reorganizations and compliance matters.

Tyler’s experience extends to construction litigation files, having assisted with pleadings, discoveries and trial briefs. He has also provided research and support on regulatory and contractual matters in the construction industry.

Tyler is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association.

In his spare time, Tyler enjoys playing recreational sports, such as golf and hockey, as well as travelling and engaging in various outdoor activities.
