About Tony

Tony is a partner in our Fredericton office with a practice in insolvency law, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. He concentrates on creditors’ rights cases in the recovery context as well as representing professionals and institutions in litigation and regulatory matters. He appears regularly before the Court of King’s Bench in the Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Trial Divisions as well as before many public and private regulatory tribunals.

Tony is fluently bilingual and represents clients in both official languages. He obtained a law degree from l’Université de Moncton in 2000. Tony is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and the York-Sunbury Law Society.
