About Raul

Raul has a broad litigation practice that covers general litigation, construction litigation and insurance defence. During his articles, he gained valuable experience by appearing before courts and drafting opinions, demand letters and court submissions. Raul’s work also involved general advocacy tasks, showcasing his ability to handle various aspects of litigation. With a particular interest in construction litigation, Raul is eager to further expand his practice in this area.

Before pursuing a career in law, Raul was actively involved in politics as a staffer, working on several provincial campaigns. He also had his own consulting business for a number of years. These experiences have given him a well-rounded perspective that greatly benefits his approach to litigation. Raul’s diverse background allows him to understand the nuances of different industries and effectively represent clients from various sectors.
