About Parker

Parker has a practice focused in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. During his articles with McInnes Cooper, he gained extensive experience with construction and litigation matters, providing research support and advice to clients in construction related disputes. Parker also has experience with insurance defence matters, providing support for the defence of property damage and personal injury claims.

Prior to pursuing the law, Parker worked in the construction and energy industries as a Project Manager. He has experience supporting the project management and procurement activities related to large-scale projects in the industrial electrical and mechanical construction industry.

Parker is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association. Parker obtained an electrical engineering degree, B.Sc. (E.E.), in 2013 and is a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists New Brunswick (APEGNB) where he volunteers as a member of its Internship Committee.
