About Nick
Nick has a general litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation, insurance defence, and municipal law. He represents clients on a full range of matters, including risk management, contractual and commercial disputes, and construction matters. Nick also maintains a diverse insurance defence practice, defending insurers with respect to a range of claims based on alleged professional negligence, personal injury, property damage, and product liability.
Nick obtained his B.A degree from Saint Mary’s University where he was a member and captain of the Varsity football team. He continues to pursue his love of football through coaching with both Saint Mary’s University and the provincial football program.
Outside the office, you can find Nick playing or watching sports, travelling and volunteering within his community.
