Morganne practices in the areas of corporate, commercial, and immigration law. Morganne works with public and private corporations as well as charitable and non-profit organizations to provide legal advice and support at all stages of the corporate life cycle and in connection with purchase and sale transactions, corporate reorganizations, general corporate governance, and private equity financing. Morganne also provides support to corporations and individuals through her immigration practice, assisting corporations hiring foreign workers and individuals seeking study permits, work permits, and permanent residency.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2015. Prior to studying law at UNB, Morganne lived in St. John’s, NL for four years where she obtained a Bachelor of Science from Memorial University in 2012.
Morganne is a board member of The Greater Saint John Field House Inc., and the Coverdale Centre for Women Inc. and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick.
