About Morgan

Morgan has a litigation practice primarily focused on insurance defence, administrative litigation and regulation of professions. She has been involved in numerous complex civil litigation and insurance matters, appearing before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of Newfoundland, as well as before legislative tribunals. Morgan also provides opinions on professional conduct processes, including investigations, complaints and discipline. Before joining McInnes Cooper, Morgan’s experience was mostly in the regulation of professions and medical malpractice matters.

Morgan is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association. She is also a Director-at-Large for Women In Science and Engineering Newfoundland and Labrador.

Off the clock, Morgan can often be found hiking on the East Coast trail with her golden-doodle or practicing her culinary skills through local cooking classes.
