About Maja
Maja primarily assists with the maintenance of Nova Scotia registrations. She is responsible for Nova Scotia Annual renewals under the Corporations Registration Act, Partnerships and Business Names Act and Societies Act. Maja processes extra provincial registrations, registration of partnerships and business names. Her role entails preparing accounts and processing payments, filing changes at the Registry and preparing and attending to various filings including Notices of Officers and Directors, Appointment of Recognized Agent and Notice of Registered Office.
Maja grew up in Ottawa where she completed her Honours in Criminology with a Minor in Sociology at Carleton University in 2014, after which she completed the Intensive Law Clerk Diploma program at Algonquin College in 2016.
