About Kim

Kim has an expansive practice involving the areas of business immigration, wills and estates, corporate and business, and residential property. She supports individuals and businesses dealing with immigration issues, including work permit and permanent residency applications. Additionally, she provides advice on the preparation of wills, power of attorney and guardianship applications, and assists with estate account matters for executors. Kim also supports general corporate matters for clients across various sectors. She has worked on files relating to general corporate agreements, share transfers, shares sales and other corporate transactions.

She is an actively involved Board Member for Laubach Literacy NB, a non-profit charitable organization that provides literacy skills to adults in New Brunswick. She is also a board member of the New Brunswick Refugee Clinic, whose mandate is to provide free bilingual legal services to refugee claimants in New Brunswick who do not have the financial means to hire a private lawyer.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, traveling, being in nature, and spending time with her family and friends.
