About Kim

Kim has an expansive practice involving the areas of business immigration and general corporate practice. She supports individuals and businesses dealing with broad immigration issues, including temporary resident visas, study permits and work permits, as well as applications for permanent residency and citizenship. Kim has experience advising corporations making labour market impact assessment (LMIA) applications, start-up visa applications and Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) designation and endorsement applications. She has a keen interest in assisting francophone clients immigrate to Atlantic Canada via the Francophone Mobility Program, the Federal Express Entry Program and/or the Francophone Provincial Nominee Programs.

Additionally, Kim also supports general corporate matters for clients across various sectors. She has worked on files relating to general corporate agreements, financings, share/asset transfers and sales and other corporate transactions.

She is an actively involved Board Member for New Brunswick Refugee Clinic, whose mandate is to provide free bilingual legal services to refugee claimants in New Brunswick who do not have the financial means to hire a private lawyer. She is also a board member of Read NB, a non-profit charitable organization that provides literacy skills to adults in New Brunswick.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, travelling, being in nature, and spending time with her family and friends.
