About Kaitlin

Kaitlin is an immigration lawyer based in our Saint John office. With a meticulous approach, she carefully examines each case, exploring all potential avenues to identify optimal solutions. By thoughtfully weighing the options, she develops tailored strategies to help clients achieve their goals.

She has a proven track record in assisting clients with a range of personal immigration matters, including citizenship applications, permanent residency renewals, passport applications, and travel document applications. Kaitlin has also guided numerous clients through the complex process of estate planning, providing clear guidance and support.

Kaitlin is passionate about advocating for vulnerable populations. During law school, she gained valuable experience assisting with citizenship applications through the Saint John Newcomer Connections Centre and her membership with the Mental Health Tribunal. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on a research project for Dyslexia Canada.

Beyond the legal realm, Kaitlin enjoys staying active through weightlifting and swimming. She also finds relaxation and inspiration in collecting pottery and exploring new destinations through travel. She is also actively involved in the community, volunteering with the No One Dies Alone program at Loch Lomond Villa.
