John’s practice focuses on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, debt and equity financing, and general corporate matters. He provides advice to clients on purchase and sale transactions, borrower and lender financing, corporate structures, governance, and other commercial agreements. He also has extensive experience working with clients engaged in real estate transactions.

John currently serves as President for Ski Nova Scotia, and has been involved in the sport as a coach for many years. Prior to his legal career, he recorded and toured with a well-known Canadian musician.
