Jennifer is a litigation lawyer primarily practicing in insurance defence and civil litigation. She has represented clients on a wide variety of general litigation and insurance matters, including third party tort claims, first party claims (including loss transfer and priority matters), property/commercial general liability claims (including coverage and subrogation), professional negligence claims and product liability claims.
Jennifer has extensive court experience, having appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador (General Division) and various administrative tribunals. She also has experience with labour and employment matters, including employment litigation.
Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association. She is a Member-at-Large for the CBA’s Insurance Section.
