Jasmine is a bilingual corporate and commercial lawyer in McInnes Cooper’s Charlottetown office. She helps business owners and individuals confidently navigate general corporate matters, acquisitions, business sales, corporate reorganizations, and franchise law, delivering strategic and practical legal solutions tailored to client goals—whether growing operations, optimizing structures, or transitioning leadership.
She also handles residential property transactions, wills and estates planning, and related personal legal matters, ensuring peace of mind for clients at every stage of life.
Jasmine is dedicated to strong client relationships and clear communication, and has an appreciation for the importance of representing her clients’ interests throughout their legal matters.
Beyond her practice, Jasmine is committed to both firm and community leadership. Jasmine serves as the Charlottetown representative on the McInnes Cooper’s Promotion of Women Committee, and contributes to her community as a Board Member with Queens County Residential Services.
Jasmine received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick. Before studying law at UNB, Jasmine attended Laurentian University where she obtained a Master of Science in Biology with a focus on land reclamation and ecological restoration, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Geology and a Baccalauréat des Arts en Droit et Justice.
Jasmine is currently a member of the Prince Edward Island Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
