James is a Partner in our Saint John where he is also the Office Lead Partner. James’ practice focuses on corporate and business, property, municipal, and wills and estate Law. James provides legal services to individuals, private corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors and other entities on the establishment of business structures, corporate reorganizations, purchase and sale transactions, estate planning, business succession planning, corporate financing and other matters. James represents several municipalities providing legal services on by-law review, by-law enforcement, contractual, property and other municipal matters.
James received his B.Com (Honours) in Economics from Mount Allison University in 2003 and his LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2006. Upon graduation from Mount Allison University, James was recognized for his achievements with the Economics Departmental Award.
James is a member of the Saint John Law Society, the New Brunswick Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association. Also, James is ranked in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
