Eric has a practice primarily focused in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate, corporate law and entertainment law. In his bankruptcy and insolvency practice, he provides representation with respect to debt and auto financing agreements, commencing actions and foreclosure matters. Eric has also conducted a variety of residential and commercial real estate matters, including purchases and sales, mortgages and zoning issues.
A cinephile himself, Eric has a keen interest in developing his practice in entertainment law. During his articles with the firm, he did extensive research on the impacts of COVID-19 to the entertainment industry at large.
Eric is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Canadian Bar Association. When not working, Eric is an avid reader of fantasy and sci-fi novels, comic books and graphic novels. He also enjoys playing action and strategy games, as well as practicing mixed martial arts.
