Emeka is a Corporate Paralegal in our Halifax office, supporting the corporate services department. He completes Nova Scotia and Extra Provincial Registrations, annual returns and renewals, corporate records and more. Prior to joining McInnes Cooper, Emeka worked at an independent legal practice in Ontario, assisting with legal drafting, report writing, client correspondence and legal research and analysis.

Outside of the office, Emeka is often cheering on Chelsea Football Club and watching Premier League games.
