About Caroline

Caroline is an associate in our St. John’s office with a practice focused in the area of management side labour and employment law. Caroline’s collaborative and compassionate approach to her legal practice involves advising and assisting clients regarding collective agreement interpretation and administration, labour standards, human rights, employment contract, wrongful dismissals and other labour relations matters. Caroline brings a unique skillset to her labour and employment practice at McInnes Cooper, with previous experience practicing labour and employment law from a union and employee perspective.

Caroline received her Bachelor of Science (Biology) degree from Memorial University, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from University of New Brunswick. She was recipient of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador’s William J Browne Scholarship Award as an articled clerk in 2019, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2020.

In her spare time, Caroline is an avid runner, and also enjoys hiking, sewing, and volunteering.
