About Brooke

Brooke has a general corporate law practice. She supports clients in various corporate transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, share sales and asset purchases, and conducts contract review and drafting. While completing her articles, Brooke also gained experience with trusts and estates; she is eager to expand her practice in the areas of estates and tax.

Before law school, Brooke worked in procurement for a multinational food manufacturing company, gaining experience with client-side contract review and procurement.

During law school, Brooke was the president of UNB Law Loves Back, a community outreach group which allowed her to organize fundraising events for not-for-profit community organizations in the Fredericton area.

In her spare time, Brooke likes to garden and spend time outdoors with her two German shorthaired pointers. She is very active and enjoys hiking, running and spin classes.
