About Brock
Brock’s broad corporate practice encompasses finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and banking. He has assisted with and advised on debt and equity financings, incorporations, stock option plans, as well as share and asset transactions. During his articles, Brock also gained experience in corporate governance and compliance matters and is interested in expanding his practice in this area.
Before studying law, Brock worked both in a financial and operational role for utility organizations. This experience gives him unique insights into the utilities sector.
Outside of the office, Brock enjoys playing golf, watching football, hockey and baseball, and getting active at the gym or outside with his golden retriever, Benson.
