About Brandy
Brandy is a Property Paralegal in our Halifax office. She provides support to client and lawyers for both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her role involves drafting legal documents, managing and registering Land Registration documents, property related research and addressing client needs.
Brandy has been with McInnes Cooper since 2010, having worked in several operational departments before transitioning to the property group in 2021. She is engaged with the firm’s CSR program, volunteering for Coldest Night of the Year and with the Easter Seals each year.
Outside of the office, Brandy is an enthusiastic homesteader and horsewoman. She trained horses professionally for 25 years, and now thrives on her family farm growing crops and raising chickens, turkeys, rabbits, cows and pigs.
