Anna is a bilingual litigation associate with broad experience across civil, commercial and regulatory matters. She has navigated complex disputes with a practical and strategic approach – whether that means negotiating a resolution or advocating in court.
Anna has represented and advocated for both individuals and corporations in various matters, including but not limited to criminal, fisheries and marine, occupational health and safety, immigration, contract, construction, municipal assessments, insurance, and debt recovery. She has also been involved as junior counsel in the defence of class action proceedings. Anna has appeared at all levels of court and before the Federal Court and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in History (major) and French (minor) from Memorial University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Université de Moncton. During law school, Anna participated in the Laskin, an annual national bilingual moot court competition in Canadian administrative and constitutional law.
