Amanda is an experienced Estates & Trusts paralegal in our Halifax office. Recognizing that the administration of an estate can come at a difficult time for clients, she enjoys helping them navigate the world of probate and provides support to clients and lawyers in the preparation of documents to be filed with the probate court. The other part of Amanda’s role is the preparation of estate planning documents for clients across Atlantic Canada, including wills, powers of attorney, and personal directives. Amanda also works with trust companies in both estate administration and estate planning.

Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Amanda now calls Nova Scotia home and spends her free time hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter. She is also a fan of reading and writing fiction.
