We are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Wilson as a Partner with McInnes Cooper. With a background in engineering, Scott’s practice focuses in the areas of real estate law and corporate and commercial law. Scott routinely acts for financial institutions, secured lenders, mortgage investment companies, property developers, mining companies and small businesses in corporate/commercial transactions of all nature. He was recently recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada 2014 for his practice in Real Estate Law. A former member of the City of Saint John’s Planning Advisory Committee, Scott works primarily from our Saint John office.
