McInnes Cooper congratulates Michael Simms on being elected to the National Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section (NEERLS) of the Canadian Bar Association, as Secretary. Mike has a corporate, commercial and regulatory practice with solid energy, natural resources and environmental experience – primarily in oil and gas, forestry, mining and renewable energy. Mike’s regulatory and commercial experience has focused on the development of large natural resource and industrial projects.
