Privacy lawyer David Fraser was quoted in the April 29th edition of the Financial Post. The article, based around the 1,100 undisclosed foreign donations to The Clinton Foundation, states that most of the donations were made from Canadians to a Canadian affiliate of the charity. Canada’s federal privacy law forbids the affiliate, a Canadian-registered charity, from revealing its donors.
