Halifax partner Henry Visser has been appointed a judge of the Tax Court of Canada, to replace Madam Justice D. Campbell, effective June 19, 2015.
For the past 18 years, he has provided clients of the firm with precise GST expertise, and strategic tax advice to the local and international businesses he has worked with over that time. While colleagues and friends of the firm will miss Justice Visser, we congratulate him on this career accomplishment and appreciate him for his contributions to firm.
