McInnes Cooper is pleased to announce partner Cheryl Hodder, QC was recently elected to the Mount Allison University Board of Regents.
The Board makes the final financial decisions for the University and regulates the constitution as well as the powers, functions, and duties of its executive committee, the Senate, and other committees. It is also responsible for appointing employees of the University and detailing their duties and remuneration.
