About Michael
Michael is completing his articles in-house at Emera Inc. and has joined McInnes Cooper’s Halifax office for the last three months of his articling for a secondment. He has an interest in corporate and commercial law but is also excited to gain exposure to litigation during his time at McInnes Cooper. Michael graduated from the JD/MBA program at Dalhousie University in 2023 and completed his MBA placement in Scotiabank’s corporate banking division in Toronto, and previously summered with a personal injury law firm in his hometown of St. John’s. In his free time, Michael enjoys travelling, playing sports, and learning about history.
