Justin maintains a general corporate law practice advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law. He assists his clients with private placements and public offerings, the purchase and sale of businesses, bank financings, and advises on a wide range of regulatory compliance and transactional matters. As a member of the firm’s startup group, Justin works closely with emerging companies in various industries across multiple sectors.
During law school, Justin served as a Caseworker for the Queen’s Business Law Clinic, captained the Queen’s Law Games team which competed in Sherbrooke, Quebec, and spent a semester abroad in Shanghai, China. Prior to studying law, Justin worked at an international sales and marketing agency where he assisted clients in a variety of sectors.
Justin is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society. He completed his articles and worked as a summer student at McInnes Cooper.
