About Jennifer
Jennifer is a Corporate Paralegal in our Fredericton office. Her role involves processing corporate maintenance tasks and creating organizational documents, including articles of incorporation or dissolution and merger agreements.
Jennifer obtained her Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College and became licensed with the Law Society of Ontario in 2015. She additionally holds a BA in Psychology and Law and Justice from Laurentian University and her B.A.Ed. from Lakehead University.
When Jennifer is not at work, you can find her enjoying nature by walking on trails, kayaking or snowshoeing.
