Profile

Franco’s practice involves all areas of insurance litigation, including bodily injury, errors and omissions, property and casualty, and coverage matters. In addition, he has a background in real estate and property management. Franco has appeared before courts in Alberta, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. He is also experienced in mediation.

 

Franco is a member of Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Blue Goose (a fraternal insurance society). He is a past member of the Law Society of New Brunswick and the Law Society of Alberta. In his spare time, Franco works on his language skills, building fluency in his French to add to his already fluent Italian.
