  • Generative AI Basics. Reviewing generative AI basics, including: the possibilities, capabilities and limits of AI tools; and the key legal risks AI poses.
  • Due Diligence. Conducting appropriate due diligence of AI procurement and implementation, including: understanding appropriate benchmarks and guidelines; assessing AI tools against those benchmarks and guidelines; and considering vendor risk factors.
  • AI Rollout. Developing an effective AI rollout plan, including: the accountability structure; developing relevant policies and guidelines; and formulating an AI-crisis management plan.
