RCMP LTD Class Action

In 2014, McInnes Cooper, in collaboration with Branch MacMaster, reached a settlement with the Government of Canada to provide financial relief to disabled Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) veterans affected by the reduction of long-term disability benefits.
