In her recent article, Reform of the Nova Scotia Incompetent Persons Act, Sarah provides an update on the Nova Scotia government’s review of the current legislation governing incompetent persons in the wake of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal’s 2016 decision in Webb v. Webb in which the Court decided key provisions of the legislation are unconstitutional.
