Tim is a litigator in our Saint John office who practices throughout New Brunswick. He focuses his practice on asset recovery, bankruptcy, and business disputes.
Tim has advocated for individuals, businesses and public entities, and has appeared before New Brunswick’s courts at all levels as well as several administrative tribunals. He prides himself on the strength and quality of his writing.
Tim is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick Law School and was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2017.
Outside of the office, Tim is a director of the Saint John Community Loan Fund and the New Brunswick Historical Society as well as a member of the NB-Canadian Bar Association’s Lawyers’ Assistance Program Committee. Tim incorporates art into his daily life through woodworking and gardening.
