Tim practices civil litigation as well as wills and probate. He has a particular interest in bankruptcy, debt recovery, and estates litigation. He also assists with general estate administration.
Tim earned a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of New Brunswick in 2016, receiving the Lieutenant Governor’s Silver Medal in Law for highest standing in his graduating class. In law school, he served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal, held the Lord Beaverbrook Scholarship, and received course prizes in advocacy, torts, property, wills, community planning, and conflicts of laws.
Tim is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and the Saint John Law Society. He is a member of the NB-CBA’s Lawyers’ Assistance Program Committee and currently sits on the Board of Directors for both the New Brunswick Historical Society and the Saint John Community Loan Fund. In his personal life, Tim is most passionate about writing, history, and music, and spends his spare time cooking and painting.
