About Shivangi
Shivangi is a Property Paralegal based in our Sydney office, where she supports lawyers with a wide range of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinancing matters. Known for strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Shivangi plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes.
With a background that includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from India, Shivangi brings a unique blend of legal and business insight to her work. She is also a qualified Company Secretary through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Before joining the firm, Shivangi spent 11 years at Complinity Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India’s leading cloud-based compliance software company. There, she specialized in implementing compliance solutions, maintaining regulatory content, and supporting clients in meeting statutory obligations.
Outside of work, Shivangi is actively involved in organizing and supporting local cultural events and initiatives. She enjoys reading, traveling, and watching biopics and documentaries.
