Sabrina’s practice focuses on family law, criminal defence, wills and estates and general civil litigation. She collaborates with colleagues practicing in all areas of law to provide comprehensive solutions for clients.
In her family law practice, Sabrina assists with the preparation and negotiation of cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements, and can provide independent legal advice with respect to any type of domestic contract. She also represents clients in negotiations and litigation with respect to divorce, custody and access, child support, spousal support and division of marital property. Her wills and estates practice involves preparation of wills and powers of attorney, probate of wills, applications for letters of administration, estate litigation and applications for the appointment of a committee of the person or committee of the estate.
Sabrina has appeared before all levels of court, including the New Brunswick Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal.
Sabrina has volunteered with the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic, and as a lawyer presenter for the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick’s (PLEIS NB) family law workshops. While in law school, she completed a semester as a Judicial Intern with the New Brunswick Court of Queen’s Bench, and in 2014-2015 she represented UNB in Toronto at the Lenczner Slaght/CBA Gale Cup Moot.
Sabrina is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of New Brunswick. Her interests include reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
